HavanaMart is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of Personal Information obtained during business relationships with its customers. HavanaMart is responsible for all personal information under its control, including information transferred to third parties for treatment, storage or other purposes. In each of our units, employees are in charge of ensuring that they act in accordance with these principles of confidentiality and security regarding the treatment of their personal information.

HavanaMart mentions the reasons for collecting your personal information, before or during the time of registration.

3. We obtain your consent for the registration, use and communication of your personal data

HavanaMart, will obtain your consent to collect, use or communicate your personal data. The method of collecting the data that you are aware of varies depending on the type of personal information registered, used or communicated.

HavanaMart, will obtain your explicit consent (verbal, written or electronically) for the collection, use or communication of all personal data of a sensitive nature such as personal financial statements.

4. We limit the collection of your personal data

HavanaMart collects only the necessary data in order to be able to offer its products and services.
